Return Policy

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to request a return, please read the following conditions carefully.

 

1. Return Conditions

• Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery, before removing any tags or disposing of the packaging.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Returns may be refused if the item has been soiled, damaged, used, or has absorbed odours.

• Sale items cannot be returned.

• Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or import charges cannot be accepted as returns.

 

2. How to Request a Return

• Please contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.

• Once your return has been approved, our customer support team will provide return instructions.

• The item must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return instructions.

 

3. Exchanges

• We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than defective or incorrect items.

• This includes requests such as changes in colour or other customer preferences.

 

4. Return Shipping

• Returns must be sent by a trackable courier service such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Whenever possible, we recommend using DHL.

• Please do not use postal services such as EMS, ePacket or standard airmail, as this may result in customs duties being charged to us and the return may be refused.

• Where possible, we recommend using the original delivery box.

• Please include a commercial invoice clearly marked “RETURN ITEM”.

Once your return shipment has been dispatched, please notify us immediately and provide the tracking number. This will help us process your return smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays.

 

5. Costs and Responsibility

• For returns due to customer preference, all shipping costs, customs duties and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If any duties, taxes, import charges, or customs-related fees are incurred upon return delivery, such amounts may be deducted from the refund amount.

• Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

• Insurance for loss or damage during return shipping is optional and at the customer’s discretion.

 

6. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

• If any accessories are missing, or if the item condition differs from its original shipped state, applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

• If the item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

• Even after a return has been approved, we reserve the right to refuse the return after inspection. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you.
